A complete list of items and condition within the property, inclusive of photos and detailed condition report, finalised and sent in electronic format the same day. Starting from £99 up to £181.50 depending on size and furnishings of the property
I will meet and greet the incoming/outgoing tenants and walk them through the property for the check-in so the schedule of condition is agreed at the property. On check-out I will produce a report of differences from the original inventory and compile a snagging list.

I can be around to help with other areas of the letting process such as viewings and inspctions. Periodic inspection reports throughout the term of the tenancy to keep your property to the highest standard, and detailed reports to document the condition. Viewings to meet multiple tenants in a day to show the around a property they are interested in renting. At an agreed fee depending on times and location.
I am a self employed Inventory clerk based in Thornbury, working in Bristol city centre most days and will travel to surrounding areas. I have been doing Inventories for letting agents in Bristol since 2018 and in the past few years have also been doing EPC’s accredited by Elmhurst energy.
My portfolio includes work with Kendall Harper, React Property, JBS Lettings, Milburys, Flatline and some independent landlords.
